Guest Notes & Arrival

• Seamless Self Check-In: Guests will receive a unique keyless entry code via email and text approximately two weeks prior to arrival. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Direct Beach Access: Enjoy deeded beach access via a scenic sandy path. Simply walk south toward the beach, cross 30A at the pedestrian path, and follow the sandy trail marked by the private beach gate.
• Pet-Friendly Guidelines: We welcome up to two dogs ($150 fee per dog). Please ensure pets are disclosed at the time of booking to ensure proper registration.
• Pool & Spa Heat: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $75 nightly fee (Seasonal: October through May). Please request this at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Elite Event Venue: Anchors Aweigh is available for weddings and corporate functions. Please inquire about our specific event agreements and fees ($500–$1,500 depending on the scope).
• Parking & Amenities: Ample parking is available via the driveway and two-car garage. High-speed WiFi and a first-floor game room with a pool table ensure entertainment for all ages.
