The most STUNNING, brand new beach home LOADED with ameneties and top-of-the-line furnishings and finishes!

Perfect for hosting family and friend gatherings, this Blue Mountain Beach home SOUTH of 30A features 3 spacious floors, including 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms! 6 King bedrooms total!  Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. 

On the main level, a beautifully appointed living room with large TV extends seamlessly to the outdoor living area and pool deck. This area includes a fully-equipped summer kitchen, private pool, hot tub, fire pit and fountain feature. 

The first floor also includes laundry facilities, a King bedroom and an addiitonal bunkroom with 3 twin size bunks (sleeps 6). Traveling up to the second floor, you will find 2 King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 

The third floor is the star of the show, featuring a gorgeous kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and luxurious finishes and furnishings. A hidden built in pantry houses all of the small kitchen appliances you could need including drip, keurig and Nespresso style coffee makers, a blender, slow cooker and toaster. 

The massive kitchen island has pull up seating and a well appointed dining nook provides the perfect spot for a more formal dining experience. 

The third floor also features 3 king bedrooms and a bunkroom with two twin size bunks (sleeps 4). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. You will also find a second laundry facility on the third floor making it easy for guests to access a washer and dryer.

Other things to note

Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out/early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees. 

Please note we provide a starte set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian

Pool heat is available for a fee of $50/night. Pool and hot tub / spa heating must be paid for prior to the heater being turned on. 

Only pre-approved pets are allowed. A $250 fee, per pet, will be charged prior to check-in. 

A cancellation fee of $250 or the credit card processing fee (whichever is greater) applies to all cancellations made within the cancellation period.
