The space

Welcome to Cecilia By The Sea!

Just a quick walk to the beach and complimentary 6-seat golf cart, this home has everything you need for a perfect 30A getaway!

Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a bright, open-concept layout that creates the perfect place for everyone to gather. The inviting living room features comfortable new furnishings and a sleek frame TV. The total dining area features seating for up to 14 guests. Step outside to the outdoor entertaining area for a BBQ grill, making outdoor meals together a breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring stainless steel appliances and a granite kitchen bar-top with seating for 4. The first floor living area is serviced by a powder room.

The first floor features a newly furnished King bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor entertaining area.

Head upstairs to find the newly furnished King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and day bed for parents with young children.

Down the hallway you will find an additional King bedroom and large newly built-in bunk room!

Located just a short walk to either the Eastern Lake Beach Access or the Ramsgate Beach Access, this home makes it easy to spend your days on the sugar-white sand and emerald waters! You are also just a short golf cart ride away from the Seaside Town Center, plus tons of local restaurants, boutique shopping and scenic nature trails!

Guest access

There is parking available for 2-3 cars in the driveway.

Guests will receive a unique door code that will be activated at check-in time.

Other things to note

Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in, when available, will be subject to additional fees.

Please note, we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
